He was born May 28, 1940, at Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Floyd Arthur Landon and Beula Hammer Landon. He attended Osgood Elementary and then Nampa State School. He lived most of his life in Idaho Falls and the last 18 years under the loving care of Becky Dean and his extended family at the Panorama Hills Living Center. He participated at the Developmental Workshop and Joshua Smith Foundation.
