Floyd G. Robison, age 75, of Noblesville, IN died Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Sheridan Rehab and Healthcare Center. He was born February 17, 1936 at Bedford, Indiana to Frank and Lealu Grace (Kercheval) Robison.
He was a chef at the Tee Pee Restaurant at Indianapolis for 25 years, then worked at Knoby’s Restaurant for four years, and for 16 years was a chef at the Drawbridge Restaurant at Arcadia, IN.
He enjoyed the music of Elvis Presley and collected many of his souviners.
He married Helen Frances (Dane) Robison April 13, 1966. She preceded him in death.
Surviving him are three sons: Floyd E. Robison of Anderson, IN, Timothy Robison and John A. Rich both of Noblesville, IN, brothers: Richard Robison of Seminole FL, Lloyd Robison of Berkley springs, WV, grandchildren: Aaron and Andrea Deakyne, Adam D. Wiles, Jaaqueline, Audrea, Tye, Kristen, and Joshua Robison and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a daughter: Sonja Wiles, brothers: Raymond, William, Myron, Robert Lee, and James Robison, sisters: Mary Margaret Payton, Grace Anna Slaten, Susan Jane Stark, and Esther Mae Rust.
