He was born in Clark County Indiana on August 16, 1966, to Larry Gene Gaffney and Janice Servis Gaffney.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Shelly Jean Weilage; brother, Troy David Gaffney; and his beloved dog Alisha, who was his constant companion and rode on his scooter with him.
He is survived by his brother, Larry “Clay” Gaffney (Missy) of Franklin, Indiana; sisters, Kelly Renee Blain (Mike) of Mt. Washington, Kentucky, Margaret “Ellen” Rankin (Gene) of Campbellsburg, Kentucky; 9 nieces and nephews; 10 great nieces and nephews; and two aunts.
