She was born July 13, 1923, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Jams R. and Edith Lovell Tribble. She married George Edgar Alexander and he preceded her in death.
She is survived by one sister, Mary (husband, Glenn) Eversole of Decatur. She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, and three sisters.
