Florence R. Cannella, 82, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022. Born in Bayonne, NJ, she lived in Pine Beach, NJ before settling in Toms River 27 years ago. She was a Teacher’s Aide for the Toms River Board of Education for many years as well as a parishioner of St. Justin the Martyr RC Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Jean (DeVenuta) Rinaldi. Flo will be forever held in the hearts of her loving family, her husband of 60 years Cuono “Tony” Cannella, daughters Susan and her husband Richard Higgins of Lincoln University, PA, Joanne Monahan and her partner Robert Plaschke of Beachwood, NJ, and three grandsons or as she would like to call them, “Angels from Heaven”; Corey Higgins, Brandon Higgins, and Jack Monahan.
