Florence T. McGovern, 87, of Toms River, NJ, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Arbors Care Center, Toms River. Born in Hoboken, NJ, she lived in Jersey City, NJ and Lyndhurst, NJ before moving to Toms River 30 years ago. Florence was an Administrator at Liz Claiborne in Secaucus, NJ and was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp.
She was predeceased by her husband, Francis McGovern, in 1997. Florence is survived by her four sons Francis McGovern and his wife Mary Beth of Avon, NJ, Thomas McGovern and his wife Susan of Toms River, Michael McGovern and his wife Donna of Pompton Plains, NJ, John McGovern of New York City, seven grandchildren Sean, David, Bryan, Thomas, Allison, Kerry, David and nine great grandchildren Anthony, Willow, Bella, Kylie, Mickey, Shea, Patrick, Connor, and Brianna.
