Mrs. Florence Rose Kelley Harper, 69, a resident of Cusseta, AL passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017 at her residence.
Mrs. Harper was born in West Point, GA on November 15, 1947. She had worked as a Registered Nurse most recently as a hospice nurse for the terminally ill. It was said that when a patient was at their worst, Florence was at her best. She loved her cat Boo, and was a member of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include her husband, Mike Harper, children, Robert Kelley Nix (Cherry) & Russell Harrison Nix (Polly); three grandchildren; sister, Darelin Lee Kelley Stokes (Buck); and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Dr. Eric Hemberg and Dr. Michael Aikens and their staffs for the excellent care she received.
Family and friends will assemble at the gravesite on Monday.
