To our Lady
Mrs. Florence H. Oglesby Stamberger, 73, of Fort Walton Beach, FL. passed way January 29, 2013 after fighting a battle with brain cancer. She was a great lady, loving wife and mother and will always be in our hearts. Florence was born in Laurel Hills, Florida on January 12, 1940 to L.V. and Henry Oglesby.
Florence also had two younger sisters Pug Simmons and Boot McGuire, who both loved their older sister very much. The best day of my life is when she married me her husband John; we were together for 46 fabulous and fun loving years. We had 6 great and loving children, Susan J. McFarling, Henretta (Tinker) Crawford, April Butler, Larry Stamberger, and Tracy Oglesby Stamberger and Patrica Stamberger (both deceased). We were also blessed with 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
I would also like to thank all that help keep our Lady comfortable in her courageous fight.
