Florence E. Poole, 86 of Greensburg, passed away, Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013, in her home.
She was born Jan. 23, 1927, in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Alvin F. and Florence E. (Jones) Coleman.
Florence was a member of South Greensburg United Methodist Church. She worked many years for Hempfield Area Food Service, primarily at the Stanwood School.
In addition to her parents, Florence was preceded in death by her husband, William Kenneth Poole; and sister, Ruth Robinson. She is survived by her children, Nancy Poole, Ronald Poole, both of Greensburg, and the Rev. Donald Poole and wife, Chrissy, of Salix; granddaughter, Becca; and numerous nieces and nephews.
