Florence Frances (Baker) Crowell, 88, a long time resident of Bristol, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 15, 2011.  She was the beloved wife of Merton R. Crowell and together they shared over 50 years of marriage until his passing in 2000.  Florence was previously married to Dale Coolbeth who died serving his country in Normandy during World War II.  Born in Bristol on June 11, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Helen (Thomas) Baker.

Florence was a loving person her dedicated her life to helping others.

She leaves her sons Dennis Crowell and his wife Sandra; David Crowell and his wife Marquita; her daughter Sharon Coolbeth; her nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; her sister Dorothy Westfall along with several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her son Robert Crowell and her brother Buddy Baker.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Ingraham Manor Nursing Home for the compassion and assistance while she was in their care.
