Flora Belle “Flo” Sapp Gray, 62 of Thornton, formerly of Parkview Road, passed away at her home on Saturday, June 4, 2022 with her loving family by her side. She was born in Grafton June 6, 1959, daughter of the late Paul George “Fert” and Nancy Delle Poling Sapp, Flo was preceded in death by her loving husband of forty-five years, James Harry “Spike” Gray on March 18, 2020.
Flo was a very hard worker and did not have a problem speaking her mind. Her family especially her husband and grandkids were her life. She worried about everyone and loved her BIBLE studies. She enjoyed taking car rides around the lake with her husband.
In addition to her parents and husband Flo is preceded in death by her step father John “Ed” Gordan, one brother Issac “Ike” Sapp and two sisters Tracy Sapp and Annie Mae Burdett as well as two nephews Blake and Brandon, and several close friends.
Flo is survived by two children, Samantha Jo Sapp (Fiancee, Seth Smallwood), of Thornton, Travis James Sapp (Jessaca), of Texas, two brothers Jim Sapp (Teresa), John Sapp (Heidi), of Florida, as well as step children; Christy Cox (Max), and Joanna Marteny, Ohio, several grandchildren; Parker Lealand, Serenity and Christian Cox, Remington Sapp, Leevi and Lakyn Smallwood, Allie Gray, and great grandson Brody Gray, life long friends Lynda Lou, Connie, Regina, and Michelle.
