Fern Lyons died peacefully with family by her side in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 30, 2014 at the age of 87. She was born on May 1, 1927 in Fairbury, Nebraska to Fred and Rose Marsh. She is survived by her children Chad Lyons, Tami McKnight, Lori Cunnington, Shane Lyons, Martin Lyons, Lisa Rennie and Dawn Riggs. Fern is preceded in death by her husband Dale Lyons, son Harvey Lyons, Sisters Mae Redden and Jeanette Phipps, Brothers Frank Marsh and Fred Marsh, and grandson Cory McKnight.
