On July 3rd, 2021, Ferdinand left this world in peace with his wife and

sons by his side.

Ferdinand was born March 8, 1931, in Breznica, Croatia to Frank and

Margaret (Schmidt) Kungl. He was a hardworking and loving husband,

father, and grandfather. Raised in Croatia, he survived WWII with his

family and immigrated to the USA in 1958. He was part owner of Diamond

Mold and Die and founded Delco Corp. and Sebring Plastics. He was a

member of Queen of Heaven and Nativity Catholic Churches and Prestwick

Country Club. He enjoyed golf and card games and put a lot of effort

into his well-maintained lawn and gardens.

Our family is grateful to the nurses of Crossroads Hospice and

Greenview Inn for the loving care and kindness during Ferdinand’s final

days.

Ferdinand built a legacy of family and love. He is preceded in death

by his parents Frank and Margaret Kungl, his twin sons Peter and Frank,

and brother George Kungl. He leaves behind a devoted and loving wife of

68 years Hermine (Muhlberg) Kungl; sons Albert (Roseanne) Kungl and Fred

(Jackie) Kungl; sisters Mary Hehn, Theresa Ludwig, Rose Kern, Eva

Kresse; sister-in-law Rose Kungl; grandchildren Christian Ferdinand

Kungl, Brian Kungl, Jason (Jessica) Kungl, Tanya (Chris) Moorehead,

Jessica (Michael) Kaisk, and Fred (Leslie) Kungl, and 11 great

grandchildren.

He will be greatly missed, but he is in peace with his family singing

German songs.
