He found true love and was married for 52 years. His children called their daddy a hero, and even as adults, still see him that way. He was always there for them through their ups and downs, and taught them to enjoy every moment life has to offer. Always humble, he was an avid gardener, graceful dancer, and skilled domino player. His grandchildren, Lyzette, Emily, Lesley, Michael, Diego, Kathy, Juan Carlos II, Sebastian, Isabel, Gustavo, Liv, Lorenzo, Sandra, Sophie, Eli, Leonardo and Ximena loved him dearly and will continue his legacy.
