Felix F. Borisek, 97, of LaSalle, died at 10:24 PM August 22, 2015 in Illinois Veteran’s Home in La Salle.
Felix was born on November 17, 1917 to Earnest and Mary (Zore) Borisek. He graduated from La Salle-Peru High School in 1936 and took night classes at L.P.O. Felix served with the US 8th Air Force during WWII.
He was a member of the LaSalle VFW where he was Past Commander twice, American Legion, Catholic War Veterans, LaSalle County Draft Board, and St.
He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine who passed away on May 29, 2003, two brothers Merle and Edward Borisek, and one sister Mary Sell.
