Fay Padgett Kelly, 69, of Faison passed away Wednesday night at Vidant Duplin Hospital. She was born in Pender County to the late Charlie and Ella Gurganus Padgett, and was the widow of Joe “Sam” Kelly. Mrs. Kelly was the office manager for Kelly’s Motor Company.
