 Fay L. (Johnston) Manley, 91, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Benefis Peace Hospice in Great Falls, surrounded by family.

 Fay was born November 18, 1931, in Great Falls to James D. Johnston and Ethel DeGuire Johnston. She spent her early years in Browning and moved to Conrad just before high school.  She graduated from Conrad High School in 1949 and then attended Northern Montana College in Havre, where she met Frank Manley.  They were married in October 1950 and farmed in the Del Bonita area northwest of Cut Bank for 45 years.  After raising their four children, Fay pursued her dream and became a volunteer EMT for over 15 years.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and PEO.

 Survivors include her children, William (Sandi) Manley and Patrick (Nicole) Manley, of Cut Bank; Kristi (Scott) Thwaites of Spokane, Washington; and Steven Manley and Tom Lang of Lake Oswego, Oregon; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Fay was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; her parents; and her brother, J.R. Johnston.
