Faustino M. Becerra passed away on April 15, 2021 in Middleburg, FL. He was born on February 15, 1955 in Mexico.

Fausto was a loving husband, son, brother, cousin, coach and mentor but most importantly, a son of God. He lived his life to the fullest and just like in death, he did it on his own terms. As some of you know, he was a very private man who didn’t like the spotlight. But it should be said, he left quite an impact on the people whose lives he touched. Fausto was a complicated person, but those who knew him saw how big his heart truly was. He was a member of Calvary Chapel in Orange Park, FL. His hobbies included playing and coaching soccer, restoring vehicles, riding his Harley motorcycle, watching pro-wrestling and caring for his grandchildren. He devoted a lot of his time helping out the Channel Islands High School Wrestling Team. He touched the lives of many children, after his own graduation, lending a helping hand, providing rides and cooking.

We are extremely sad to see him transition into his next journey to be with God but we are at peace knowing he is no longer suffering. We will miss him a lot. He was loved by many and feared by all.

Fausto is preceded in death by his sister, Cony Alcala and brother, Roberto Becerra.

He was survived by his loving wife, Maria Isabel Becerra; children, Delilah Medina, Jesus Chavez, Mario Chavez, Paula (Jeff) Sims, Christian Chavez, Faustino Becerra, Roberto (Brittinee) Becerra; and Richard Jacobson; grandchildren, David Medina, Jacinda Medina, Annabel Castro, Alexandrea Sims, L.J. Sims, Zoey Mae Sims, Karina Chavez, Jesse Chavez, Jacey Lynn Chavez, Nathaniel Chavez, Alina Chavez, and Michiala Chavez; great-grandchildren, Athena Madera, Ares Madera, Heriberto Castro; three babies on the way and many family members and friends.
