Fannie’s husband, William Clarke, died March 16, 2003.
Fannie was a member of Church of the Savior Lutheran, Eastern Star, Grottoetts and the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 7863, Duboistown.

Born July 29, 1917 in South Williamsport, she was the daughter of Christian and Lena Goodbrod Shoup.
Surviving are sisters, Marie Cohick of Williamsport and Alice Fenderson of Monroe Valley, Calif.; two nephews and five nieces.
Fannie was predeceased by a sister, Edith Hill.
