Faith Muriel (MacFadden) Kokoski, 92, of Newington, passed away peacefully at her home on February 4, 2016. She was the beloved wife of Stanley J. Kokoski who predeceased her in 2003. Together, they celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary in 2002.
Faith was born on November 25, 1923 the daughter of the late Michael and Mildred (Fuller) MacFadden, of Plainville. She graduated from Plainville High and attended Teacher’s College, now known as CCSU. Her career began as a secretary at New Britain Machine then at The Stanley Works.
Faith leaves behind her nephew, Philip Heim and a few nieces. She also leaves behind her great nephew David Heim, and her great niece, Tracy Heim. She lived a long life, outliving both her parents, her husband, her sister Louis Knapik, and her great- nephew.
