Fredrick Dale Wilson, 87, of Greenwood, passed away Thursday Nov. 5, 2020 in Greenwood.
Dale was born August 6, 1933 in Brown County, Indiana. He was married to Wanda Bayne Wilson, she survives.
Dale was employed with Gerber Products Company for 35 years in sales.
He loved scouting and was a scout leader all his adult life. Dale enjoyed hunting, camping, traveling and RVing. In his later life, he often enjoyed taking the grandchildren RVing to Florida.
Dale and his wife were past members of the Lakeview Temple in Indianapolis and now attending Grace Assembly of God Church, where he was involved in many areas of the church.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda and family, four children, Roger (Kathleen) Wilson of Greencastle, Vicki (Mark) Weeden of Illinois, Beverly (Scott) Hoffman of Ohio, and Kevin (Yun) Wilson of North Carolina, a sister, Charlene Whetsel of Florida, 12 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Wilson and his mother, Retta Wilson Scott.
