F.C. Stirewalt, 71, of Salisbury passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte.
Born June 9, 1943 in Cabarrus County, he was the son of the late Frank Wensil and Elizabeth White Wensil.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Caroline Stirewalt.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Brenda Ritchie Stirewalt, whom he married on May 17, 1968; children, Mike Stirewalt, Patricia Leonard, David Stirewalt, Frank Stirewalt, Jr., Lee Stirewalt, Frank Stirewalt, Sue Locklear, and Terry Stirewalt; brothers, Carl, David, and Danny Wensil; sisters, Aris, Ruby, and Jenny Wensil; 40 grandchildren and 60 great-grandchildren.
