Billy had many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved to joke around with him. They loved him dearly and he will surely be missed by all who knew him.
He leaves to cherish his memory: three sisters, his devoted and loving sister, Eloise (Carl) Edwards of Valhermoso Sprngs, Airlean (Jay) Berry of St. Albert, NY, and Martharee Chatman; two brothers, Elder Ananias (Dorothy) Chatman and William Chatman all of Columbus, OH; brother-in-law, Oza Draper; a special nephew, James Chatman of Valhermoso Springs and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
