Evelyn C. MolterEvelyn C. Molter, 88, of Freeport died Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at FHN Memorial Hospital. She was born June 16, 1916, in Freeport, she was the daughter of John Albert and Ida Marie (Rumelhagen) Molter.
For many years she worked for Kraft Foods in Freeport and then in Chicago. She also worked in the office of Sears Tower until her retirement in 1981. Evelyn was a lifelong member of Bethany United Church of Christ.
She is survived by four nieces; Veneta Agney, Lois Greenfield both of Freeport, Julie Molter of Chicago, Shirley Vicks of Sabula, IA; One sister-in-law, Margery Molter of Lombard; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death are her parents, four sisters Gladys, Inez, Marian, and Belva, and one brother John Albert Jr.
