Evelyn Shipp Martin, 94, of Columbia formerly of Moberly died peacefully at her home in Columbia, MO on September 25, 2017. She was born December 11, 1922 to Peter and Nellie (Hedstrom) Owens.
She lived most of her life in Moberly and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She married George Shipp, Jr. in 1941, and he preceded her in death in 1974. She later married Earl Martin and he preceded her in death in 2006. Also preceding her in death were her parents, a sister, Frances Ramsey and two brothers, Donald and Bob Tumlin.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carol Shipp Zieba and Edward of Columbia, MO, other relatives and friends.
