Evelyn Throckmorton Dugan, 94, of Old Washington passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 26,2022 surrounded by her family. Mrs. Dugan was born in Maysville on September 4,1928 daughter of the late Ellsworth & Hazel Chandler Throckmorton.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Chester Dugan in 2006; three brothers, Gordon Throckmorton, Charles Throckmorton and Kenneth Throckmorton.
Survivors include a son Richard D. “Rick” Dugan and several nieces & nephews and cousins.
