Evelyn M. (Crinigan) Preiser, 97, of Peru, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at IVCH in Peru. Mrs. Preiser was born on March 14, 1914 in LaSalle to Daniel and Alma (Schadensack) Crinigan.
She married Hubert W. Preiser on September 24, 1938 in Peru. She worked at Elters Dress Shop. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Peru, Sewing Club, and Esther Circle at St. John’s Lutheran Church.
She is survived by one sister, Eileen Hohlman of Peoria; one son, Dan Preiser of Tuscan, AZ; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Hubert on February 19, 1974; one son, Dale Preiser; 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
