GROFVERT, Evelyn M. Kalamazoo, MI. Evelyn passed away Saturday evening, May 25, 2013, at Park Place Living Center, where she has resided for the past few years. Evelyn was born on October 20, 1932 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Claus and Nellie Folkersma Terpstra.
In 1952, she was united in marriage to Donald Grofvert, who preceded her in death on September 9, 2008. Surviving are their three children, Dawn Grofvert of Buchanan, MI, Dwight Grofvert of Plainwell, and Daryl Diane Grofvert of Kalamazoo; a sister, Marilyn John Ufkes of Kalamazoo and a brother, Robert Carol Terpstra of Mattawan; and several nieces and nephews.
