Evelyn Louise Tapp, 94, of Nampa, passed away Friday, July 13, 2018. She was born on April 26, 1924 in Elm Creek, Nebraska to James and Maude Moon Crawford. The family relocated to Nampa when Evelyn was fifteen years old to a farm in the Midway area. She graduated from Caldwell High School in 1942.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Monroe; her stepson, Byron Tapp; her parents; a brother Wayne Crawford; and a niece Diane Crawford.
She is survived by her sister in law, Beth Crawford; and her niece Darlene Barlow and her family; her caretakers Judy and Eldon Tapp and family; and numerous nieces and nephews on the Tapp Side.
A special thanks is given to Judy Tapp, Streamside Assisted Living and Lighthouse Hospice for their compassion and loving care during her final days.
