Evelyn Joyce (Watson) Sherfield Groves, 89, died Tuesday Sept. 1, 2015 in Mooresville. She was a resident of Mooresville.
She enjoyed quilting and crocheting. Evelyn and her husband, Cecil, loved to travel and always made it an adventure wherever they went.
Survivors include her five children, Belinda (Joe) Scheckler of Idaho, Barbara (Larry) Bowling and Beth Davis both of Indianapolis, Beverly (Randy) Thomas of Camby and Bonnie (Jay) Godwin of Florida, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Groves.
