Evelyn Wright Hines Duncan, age 74, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours on January 16, 2021. She was born on December 13, 1945 to the late Claude Wright and Nettie Bell Ables Brooks. Along with her parents, Evelyn is preceded in death by her former husband Richard “Steve” Hines; son, Richard “Phil” Hines and siblings, Tom Wright and Rebecca Sue Brooks. She is survived by her husband, Preacher Colin Duncan; son Jeff Hines and his wife Laura; grandchildren, Richard “Scott” Hines, Connor Hines, Chole Hines, Heather (Zach) Heinberg, Andrew Hines and two great grandchildren, Makenzie and Harper Heinberg. She is also survived by her sister, Nancy Williamson and her husband Frankie.
