Evelyn Gray Brantley, 86, passed away on April 24, 2024. She was the daughter of Willie W. Gray, Sr. and Peggy Doris Gray (Glover). She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lee Brantley, Jr. She was the owner of Evelyn’s Small World baby clothing store in Suffolk. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband and family. Evelyn was a member of Westminster Presbyterian church for many years and was a proud member of the Timothy Group there. In Evelyn’s own words, “I had a great life.”Evelyn is survived by her son, William “Bill” Burnett and his wife, Karen; daughter, Kathy; granddaughters, Casey and Taylor and her husband, Isaac; great granddaughter to be, Phoebe; sister, Mary Hyatt; brother, Willie Gray; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved cats, Mickey and Minnie.
