Anthony; and cherished grandmother of two. Evelyn was born in Puerto Rico in 1939. She was employed by the Maryland School for the Deaf in Howard County as a Principal’s Assistant for 27 years. She was a Sign Language Interpreter for Heritage C.O.G. for the past 15 years. Evelyn supported her community.
