Evelyn Lyles Dixon, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the age of 101. She was born in Marshallville, GA on June 17, 1918 to the late James Franklin Lyles and Alma Howell Lyles. Along with her parents, Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, George Warren Dixon. She is survived by her son, Rev. James F. Dixon and his wife Sarah and daughter, Jean Dixon Pittman. She is also survived by one grandchild, James Browning Pittman, Jr. and his wife Heather and one great granddaughter Heidi Pittman.
