Evelyn Delores Cooper, 78, of Anderson, passed away October 19, 2017 at St. Vincent’s Anderson Regional Hospital.
She was born on August 9, 1939 in Anderson, Indiana. She retired from General Motors. She loved to play cards and games with her family whom she deeply loved. She was the glue that held the family together and was the family historian.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Freddy (Lori McIntire) Cooper, Terry (Melanie) Cooper, Tena (Jeffery) Niblett, Patty (James) Peters, Darrin and son, Aaron Cooper, Dorothy (Randy) Gray; 24 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson; siblings, Floyd Stohler, Jr., Lorena Short, Ed Stohler, Rosemary Britton, Ruthie Griffin, Dorothy Schussler; several special nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Freddy J. Cooper; parents, Gertie Bell and Floyd Stohler; grandchildren, Donald Ray Kirby and Stephanie Gray; siblings, Charles Stohler, Tommy Stohler.
