Don passed away at Lakewood Memory Center after an 8 year struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Rose; four children Daniel (Donna) Davis of Roswell, NM, Susan (Douglas) Brown of Evergreen, CO, John (Zahra) Davis of Lafayette, CO, James (Jennifer) Davis of Fredonia, NY; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. Don served in the US Navy from 1944-1946, US Army from 1950-1952. He served in the Ohio National Guard between those years.
