Eva Jespersen Daniele of Cortlandt Manor, NY passed away on the evening of May 12, 2022. She was 94 years old.
Ms. Daniele was a devoted mother, a past president for the Danish Home for the Aged in Croton-on-Hudson and a store associate at Caldor from the day the store opened until the last day of operation.
Born in Copenhagen, Denmark on December 21, 1927, she married Thomas Daniele of White Plains who was serving in the US Air Force during WWII. They married on June 4, 1950 in Denmark.
She is survived by her four children; Grethe (Keith) Cobb of Bristol RI, Madeleine (John) Tepley of Palm City FL, Elisabeth Daniele of Palm City FL, John Daniele of Ft. Lauderdale FL, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Eva was the last surviving sibling of one brother and one sister.
