Eva E. Marsh, 97, of Galesburg, died at 11:17 a.m. Friday, February 23, 2018 at Marigold Health Care and Rehab, Galesburg.Eva was born March 10, 1920 in Galesburg, the daughter of E.G. and Mary (Sternerzer) Lovett.
She married Dale O. Marsh. He preceded her in death on July 30, 1998. Eva is survived by one son, Dale A. (Shirley Ann) Marsh of Galesburg; a half-brother, Buddy Frakes of Galesburg; and two grandsons, Tony Dale Marsh and Ricky Lee Marsh. Along with her husband and parents, Eva was preceded in death by two brothers, Joe and Ed.Eva worked as a waitress for many years, working at Mr. Quick and Ike and Cheryl’s.
She was a member of the Oasis of God Church in East Galesburg.
