Eunice Donna Tumulty Coen, 89, Greencastle, died August 23, 2006 at Asbury Tower Retirement Community-Greencastle after an extended illness.
She was born June 5, 1917 in Anderson, Indiana and lived most of her life in Anderson, but also resided in Beverly, West Virginia and Greencastle. She was a mother and a homemaker.
She is survived by her three sons: Gary & wife Marcia Coen of Parker, Colorado; Mike & wife Patty Coen of Elkins, West Virginia; Brent & wife Suzette Coen of Wimberley, Texas; one daughter, Pamela & husband Tom Hardin of Taylorsville, Kentucky; one sister, Phyllis & husband Paul Johnson of Anderson; eight grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jennings Darold Coen, whom she married June 5, 1936 in Anderson.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, Edwin W. & Elma Layton Tumulty, a brother and a grandson.
