Sister Eunice S. Dockery, 91, was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Ebbie Sweet, Sr., in Quincy, FL, July 5, 1925.  Eunice was the eighteenth child born to the union.  Both parents preceded her in death.  The family was moved to Medulla in 1935.  In 1936 Ms. Eunice was relocated to DeLand, FL with the older sister Mrs. Laura S. Haywood better known as her (Sister Ma Ma) preceding her in death, there she attended Euclid High School, later years attended Pompano Beach Business School.  She accepted Christ at an early age under the pastorate of Rev. J.S. McClendon, August of 1938.

Moving to Patterson, NJ in 1950 met Mr. James A. Dockery and were united in Holy Matrimony Feb. 15, 1960 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Mr. Dockery preceded her in death in 1997.

Mrs. Dockery lived relatively an active life until health began to fail her.  A few of the places she traveled with pride such as Universal Studio in Cal., St. Thomas Virgin island, The Grand Bahama Island, Israel, the Holy Land, in Jerusalem, St. Louis, Mo., Kansas City, KA, Binghamton, NY, Juan Puerto, Rico, Bamberg, Germany, Islands of Hawaii and many other places not mentioned.

She spent her final days at Lakeland Nursing and Rehab Center.  She leaves a host of sorrowing family and friends.
