Eula “Louise” McClung Carder, 85, of Clarksburg, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born September 4, 1928 the daughter of the late John Cecil McClung and Cedona Gay Elliott McClung. She was preceded in death by her husband in October of 2012, James Porter Carder. She is survived by one son; David Carder of Arlington, VA and one daughter Sue Etta Carder of Clarksburg; three grandchildren; Holly Sweeney and husband Jason of Martinsburg, Erin Carder-McCoy and wife Kerri of Millbrae, CA, Scott Carder of Washington, DC and three great grandchildren; Sarah, Jessica and James Porter Sweeney all of Martinsburg; one sister Cleora Davisson of Jane Lew and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two brothers; Chester and Cecil McClung. Louise was an active member of the Red Hat Society, the Sweet Adelines, the Grafton Road Church of God.
