Eula “Jean” Tice Payton, 73, of Newnan passed away April 6, 2011 at her residence. She was born March 15, 1938 in Hamilton, Al to the late Elmon & Lydia Tice. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by 5 brothers & 5 sisters and step-son, Michael Payton. Mrs. Payton is survived by her husband, Jack “Buster” Payton, sons, Farron (Terri) Payton, Aaron (Melissa) Payton, Damon (Wanda) Payton and daughter, Jackie (Scott) Yarbrough. She is also survived by her brother, D.D. Tice of Hollandale, Miss., grandchildren, Joe (Courtney) Payton, Jason (Melissa) Payton, John (Tiffany) Payton, Tiffany (Parker) Smith, Megan Payton, Erin Yarbrough. Seven step grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
