Eugenia C. Landrian, 92, of Newington, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Sinesio Landrian. Eugenia was born in Cuba on December 25, 1929, daughter of the late Prudencio and Maria Mencia Menendez. She immigrated to Connecticut in 1971 and resided in Newington for over 40 years. Eugenia was a devout catholic and member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Hartford. She had a green thumb, and enjoyed plants and gardening. Her other hobbies included reading, cooking, and watching political debates on CNN along with her favorite award show, The Emmy’s.
A loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Eugenia is survived by her sons Armando Landrian and his wife Carmen, and Jorge Landrian and his wife Lyn; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her four brothers.
