Eugene William Rider, 92, of Cumming, GA ( formerly of Roswell, GA) died at Embracing Hospice House on February 16, 2013. Born in Oakwood, GA, he was the son of the late Herschel and Velia Rider. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife of 71 years, Ruth Beatrice Rider. Gene served in the US Navy during WWII. He was a retired engineer with the Georgia State Patrol.
