Eugene Norman (Norm) McGough, 91 years old, died at Aspen Park Healthcare, Moscow Idaho, on 24 Nov 2017, from complications of a long illness. Born 23 July 1926, to Ray and Rose McGough of Sprague, WA, Norm lived most of his life in Moscow attending parochial and public schools. As a young boy he did many odd jobs, to include raising a pig to sell on some unused ground near the golf course where his step-father worked as grounds keeper. He was drafted in 1943 during WWII, serving in the engineering corps on numerous islands in the Pacific, to include the Philippines and Japan.
