Eugene Howard Morgan, age 78, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 28, 2022, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. He was born in Atlanta, GA on August 27, 1943, to the late Edgar Howard Morgan and Edna Richie Morgan.
Gene, as he was known by friends and family, is survived by his wife of 60 wonderful years, Gail Benson Morgan; son, Arthur Morgan; step daughter, Chris Fox and her husband Paul Felix and step granddaughter, Suzanne Lee. He is also survived by his sister, Laura Williams and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
