Eugene “Gene” R. Jagla, 86, of South Bend, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born on July 2, 1930 in South Bend to the late Joseph and Stella (Cyman) Jagla. Along with his parents, Eugene was preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn Minsky and Irene Stahl; and two brothers, Edward and Joseph Jagla. On October 15, 1960, Eugene married Barbara J. Kominkiewicz, who survives. He is also survived by two daughters, Cheryl (Jeff) Brown of Zionsville, IN and Lisa (Mark) Middleton of Liberty Township, OH; four grandchildren, Nicholas and Madeline Brown and Claire and Rose Middleton; one sister, Patricia (Raymond) Demski of South Bend, IN; and one brother, Ben (Marlene) Jagla of South Bend, IN. 3545 N. 3545 N.
