Eugene “Butch” Ernest Terminello, Jr., 48, of Middletown, beloved husband of Jaylene (Fournier) Terminello, passed away on Saturday, May 17th at home surrounded by his family. Born in New Rochelle, NY, he was the son of Eugene Terminello, Sr. of Mahopac, NY and the late Patricia (Schwartz) Terminello. Gene was a member of Gaylord Sports Association and the New England Handicap Sports Association. He coached his daughter’s Middletown Youth Soccer team for years. Gene lived to ski especially Mount Snow, loved to golf and just loved being outdoors. Along with his father and wife, he is survived by his daughter who he so loved and adored, Mackenzie Terminello of Middletown; his brother, Patrick Terminello of Wappingers Falls, NY and many nieces and nephews.
