Eugene B. Marcy Jr., 61, NHFD (ret.) of 92 North High St., Clinton passed away Nov. 26, 2009 in Glade View Health Care Center, Old Saybrook after a lengthy illness. He was the beloved husband of Kathryn Cifarelli Marcy. Mr. Marcy was born in Kingston, PA. on April 1, 1948, son of Eugene B. Marcy Sr. of West Haven and the late Charlotte Anderson Marcy. He was appointed to the New Haven Fire Dept. Jan. 26, 1977 and retired Jan.
