New Iberia-Eugene Anthony Veazey, 68, passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at The Carpenter House.
Eugene served his country in the United States Marine Corps as a financial officer in Kansas City, MI. After several years of firearm training, he became an excellent marksman.
Eugene is survived by his son, Dustin Veazey; daughter, Star Cooper (Nick); brothers, Keith Veazey (Caroline), Paul Veazey and Kenneth Veazey; sisters, Mary Landry (Mike) and Cathy Veazey; and grandchildren, Alexis Guillory and Andrae Joseph.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent Veazey and the former Ada Comeaux.
